6. Payment Terms & Conditions

Our Company provides Grand Rapids area based services through our Website and App to our end-user customers who purchase our services for their own personal use. Although you may find that some of the pricing for our services can be found on our Website or through the use of our App, the price that we charge you for the services we provide will be the price as posted on our Website on the date that you request our services. The Company reserves the right to modify, change, and adjust the price of our services at any time and for any reason. The Company does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of price decreases or promotions for services.

To automate payments required for use of this Website, we offer the convenience of secure transaction by means of Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). We also accept valid Check, Draft, Money Order or Automatic Clearing House (ACH) Payment. We also accept U.S. issued credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

When checks or similar instruments tendered are returned to us unpaid, the following service charge will apply:

• $25.00 for each check or similar instrument.

If your payment method fails or your account is past due, subject to Order or performance status we may variously:

(a) Terminate or suspend your Account and access rights;
(b) Cancel Preliminary Orders;
(c) Cancel Confirmed Orders and return your monies subject to cancellation charges;
(d) Commence collection mechanisms to collect fees owed (this includes retaining collection agencies and legal counsel).

When placing an order online or through the App, you will need to provide us with the billing address, the card number, expiration, Charges will be inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law and may include other applicable fees, tolls, and/or surcharges including a booking fee, municipal tolls, airport surcharges or processing fees. All invoices must be paid within working days following the date of the initial invoice. The non-payment of an invoice related to the use of the Services will result by right, besides the fact that it is immediately due, in the invoicing of default interests, calculated from the due date on the basis of a rate equal to the highest legal interest rate allowable under applicable state law.

You may elect to cancel your request for Services at any time prior to the commencement of such Services, in which case you may be charged a cancellation fee. Such fees are as follows:

  • Cancellation of ASAP Ride:
    o Up to 15% of the price of the ride
    o Minimum cancellation fee of $1.00
    o Maximum cancellation fee of $30.00
  • Advance Ride Level 1 – Ride cancelled within 120 minutes of scheduled pickup:
    o Up to 20% of the price of the ride
    o Minimum cancellation fee of $6.00
    o Maximum cancellation fee of $100.00
  • Advance Ride Level 2 – Ride cancelled within 20 minutes of scheduled pickup:
    o Up to 50% of the price of the ride
    o Minimum cancellation fee of $12.00
    o Maximum cancellation fee of $150.00

7. Prohibited Uses

You may only use our Website for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Terms & Conditions. It is an express condition of your access to and use of the Website that you agree not to use the Website:

(a) In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation;
(b) To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material which does not comply with the Content Standards set out in these Terms & Conditions;
(c) To engage in any conduct that in any way could disable, overburden, damage, disrupt, impair or interfere with the proper working of the Website, or that restricts, inhibits or impacts any other user from using or enjoying the Website; or

The Company makes no representation that the materials are appropriate or available for use outside the United States. If you access this site from outside the United States, you will be responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree to comply with all laws and regulations applicable to your use of this site. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located within Kent County, Michigan for any disputes with the Company arising out of your use of this site.
